• Complimentary Travel Package from Qatar Holidays travel package for customers with financing above 500,000 QAR (Net Principle Amount)
• Eligible to both QIIB customers and those transferring salaries and commitments from other banks
• Includes personal, vehicle, and mortgage financing
• The offer is valid from December 1, 2024 until December 31, 2024

Travel Package includes the below:

• 3 - 4 Nights Hotel Booking (Depending on Package)
• Customer is given a group of packages to select from
• Customer has flexibility to choose his destination and time of travel (as per provided from QRH) as per package list attached below:

Terms and Conditions:

• Grace period of up to 12 months for Qataris and up to 3 months for expatriates (from the financing period)
• Financing Amount is calculated based on net principle value, therefore any payoff during the campaign period will be deducted from the finance amount when calculating Total Finance Amount
• Customer must redeem his package before 1/9/2025
• Customer travel period must be completed before 31/12/2025
• Travel Packages cannot be exchanged with cash or cash equivalent
• Travel package is redeemable only by the winner and cannot be transferred to others
• Eligible customers will be contacted after the end of the campaign period by the Bank
• Minimum 30 days’ notice to QRH required before making a booking with QRH
• Customer agrees to the dates of availability for each package
• Client will need to pay any extra charges if they wish to travel on specific dates where the package is above budget, or if he wishes to upgrade or if he extend his travel package, or any other changes that will affect the pricing as determined by Qatar Airways Holidays.
• Client is subject to paying any fees or taxes resulting from hotel, city, etc... during his trip.
• Customers who redeem the package agrees to QRH Terms and Conditions
• Customers cannot benefit from other financing campaigns during this campaign period
• Customers who redeem the travel package and then apply for early settlement will need to pay full profits.
• Minimum Finance Term 4 is years, including the grace period.
• All types of Financing are against salary only
• Mortgage Finance rules is to be as per the published Mortgage Policy

Vehicle Finance

• Up to 100% for Qataris
• Up to 80% for Expats
• Grace period of up to 12 months for Qataris and up to 3 months for expatriates (from the financing period)
• Ownership for Vehicle Finance:
• Qataris: Free hold Ownership (no Pledge required)
• Expats: Vehicle must be pledged to QIIB

Profit refund for Early Settlement of Existing Loans:

• In case of top-up or refinancing, the profit refund will be as follows:
• For Deals with an existing rate of 4.5% or less: 100%.
• For Deals greater than three years old, 60%.
• Any other Deals: 50%.

Note: In case  that there is more than one transaction that needs to be paid with more than one payment prize, the lower percentage will be applied in favor of the bank.
