Simple steps to activate your card

We are keen to apply the top protection standards of our credit, prepaid and debit cards.

For security reason, The card will issue ineffective and you have to follow one of the below options to activate the card and be able to use it and enjoy with the benefits it offers.
For card activation, please follow one of the options:

1) Mobile Banking
- Download QIIB Mobile application on your mobile, the application is available on Apple and Android Stores
- choose the list of cards
- An image of your card will display, Select the card you want to activate
- Select (Activate Card) option
- You will receive OTP (one-time-password) at your registered mobile number with us.
- Enter the OTP in the requested field

2) Internet Banking Service
- log in your internet banking account
- Go to the list of card
- Select the card you wish to activate
- Select (Activate Card)

3) Phone banking
For Wajaha customers: please call 44840044
For Other customers: please call 44840000
- Follow the interactive voice response (IVR) will ask you to enter number 2 to activate your card
- The (IVR) will ask you about the following:
- The full number of the card you want to activate (16 number)
- Your QIIB customer Number)6 numbers)
- Follow the interactive voice response guides, where a one-time password (OTP) will sent to your registered mobile number and linked with the card you want to activate.
