Steps to register for the service:

  1. Log in to QIIB Mobile Banking
  2. Select “Transfers”.
  3. Choose “Fawran”.
  4. Click “Register”
  5. Enter the required details.
  6. Register using any of the following methods:
  • Mobile number
  • IBAN number
  • Other: fill in a name, which can be any nickname, in the “Alias” field.
  1. Agree to the terms and conditions, then choose “Submit”

What is your alias name:

It is a name you choose for each of your accounts in QIIB for the Fawran service, and you can share this name with others to send money to your account immediately without sharing your account details.

Transfer money after registration

  1. Log in to QIIB Mobile or Internet Banking.
  2. Select "Transfers".
  3. Select “Fawran”.
  4. Click “New Payment”
  5. Enter the required transfer details and choose “Submit”.
  • Check the transfer details and select “Yes”.
