QIIB is pleased to extend our redemption options available on QIIB Points, to include the Sports Travel Service. This new service will enable Customer to book Sports Packages, giving Customers the opportunity to attend top European Football matches.

Features of the Sports Travel Service:

1. Select and book tickets for your favourite European football team using QIIB Points
2. Tickets to be issued in either digital or physical format
3. Streamlined travel arrangements are available
4. A range of services, from luxurious accommodation to exclusive access to VIP Lounges
5. Ticket delivery options include delivery to the Customer's accommodation or arranging a ticket collection prior to the match.

Steps to Access the Sports Travel Service

1. Customers initiate ticket requests through the Travel Portal on the QIIB Points platform, which is accessible via the mobile application and online banking.
2. Following the initiation of the request, the Travel Agency will reach out to the customer to provide all necessary information, including pricing details and services offered through the Sports Travel Service.
3. An email containing the service cost will be sent to the customer. Once the Travel Agency receives a written confirmation from the customer, they will proceed with the booking process.
