He provided an overview of the bank, highlighting its comprehensive banking services offered to all segments of the Qatari community. He emphasized QIIB’s focus on supporting institutions, particularly educational organizations that provide exceptional services to specific segments of society.

During his interaction with the students, accompanied by Mr. Ali Hamad Al-Mesaifri, Chief of Human Resources and Administration, Dr. Al-Shaibei expressed his deep appreciation for the role of the Audio Education Complex in serving an important segment of the society. He commended the center’s efforts in providing education, knowledge, and the necessary training to enable its students to integrate into various career paths and social spheres.

Dr. Al-Shaibei stated:“QIIB has developed its social responsibility strategy to support activities that add value to the Qatari community across various fields, including education, charity, and sports. We are delighted to welcome our students to the bank, provide them with training opportunities, and expose them to the experience of Islamic banking. This contributes to enhancing their knowledge, broadening their technical understanding, and preparing them for the job market in the future.”

The Career Day included a tour at QIIB’s Grand Hamad branch, where the students received a detailed briefing from the branch manager, Mr. Maher Kayyali, on the branch banking operations and services. He also addressed their inquiries about banking work and customer service.

The students also visited various divisions in the Information Technology department, where they were introduced to the bank's devices and advanced technologies. The discussions also touched on potential training opportunities at QIIB for students from the Audio Education Complex. Bank officials expressed their readiness to offer summer training programs in collaboration with the center, based on a mutually agreed-upon program.

At the conclusion of the Career Day, the students and their accompanying supervisors extended their gratitude to QIIB for hosting this special event. They appreciated the unique opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and firsthand experience of Islamic banking and the broader banking sector.
